Online Therapy

Service Description

After an initial assessment appointment, each therapy session will last 50 minutes and usually these appointments are conducted weekly, over Zoom Video Link (secure & encrypted), although other options can be discussed depending on personal need. Alternative options for those working changing shift patterns will be considered. Any cancellations will be charged, as spaces cannot be filled at short notice, although with at least a week's advance notice, it may be possible to provide an alternative appointment day/time. This is in no way guaranteed. Individual therapy can be open-ended or time limited, to be decided on after initial assessment. Deposit required on booking, usually paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, cancellations of appointments for any reason, requires at least 48 hours notice. Less than this will incur the full fee. If possible, a rescheduled appointment within a week will be offered, but not guaranteed. For appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, the fee will be reduced to £10 to allow me to keep your regular slot open for you.
