Service Description

Concessions for clients claiming benefits and clients on minimum wage, calculated on an individual basis, based on personal circumstances, rather than household/family income. Proof of income will be required for this service. There are limited spaces for this service. Any cancellations will be charged, as spaces cannot be filled at short notice. The length of this service is limited to a maximum number of sessions, but if requested I can add your name to the waiting list and contact you when a space becomes available. Small deposit required on booking, usually paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, cancellations of appointments for any reason, requires at least 48 hours notice. Less than this will incur the full fee. If possible, a rescheduled appointment within a week will be offered, but not guaranteed. For appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, the fee will be reduced to £10 to allow me to keep your regular slot open for you.
